How will the service schedule for the holidays change?

The subscriber department (telephone consultations of a non-technical nature and connection issues) will work according to the following schedule:
December 31 - from 09.00 to 18.00
January 1 - from 12.00 to 21.00
January 7 - from 11.00 to 21.00

If you still have issues that cannot be resolved online, the schedule of the Customer Service Center in Kyiv:
